The Parent-Child Mother Goose Program® is a group experience for parents and their babies and young children. The program introduces parents and children to the pleasure and power of using rhymes, songs, and stories together.

Parent-Child Mother Goose® is offered in partnership with the New Canadians Centre and provides the opportunity for families new to Canada and families in the community to connect with one another and the Library.

Making Comics with Brooklin Stormie Registration Required

We're looking for teens interested in planning, promoting, and participating in monthly programs, while acting as representatives of the Library at their school. Teen Library Ambassadors will gain experience relevant to work and education, develop leadership and teamwork skills, earn volunteer hours, and have lots of fun along the way!

Please note: This commitment will include monthly meeting attendance and activities outside of our monthly meetings.

Thank you to the City of Peterborough’s Youth Council, who provide our Teen Library Ambassadors with bus passes to make their volunteer duties easier.
